Arrange a discussion
Describe the situation in a few lines. An engineer reads every message, and a colleague who knows the subject replies with a proposal for the next step.
Whether your organisation is based in Malaysia, in Europe or in both, tell us where you operate so the right colleagues join the reply.
What helps us
- What you would like to change, and why now
- Which systems and data sources are in use
- Deadlines, budgets or rules that limit the options
What happens after you send
An engineer reads your note.
A colleague with the right background replies to you.
You and we agree whether a first meeting is worthwhile.

Contacting us from Malaysia
Our colleagues in Cyberjaya work on delivery and development alongside the European teams. The office also handles administration and serves as our regional office for Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
We reply to every enquiry in English, and the language of a project is settled when the engagement begins. If your group also has companies in the EU, name the countries, because they decide which colleagues join the first meeting.
We handle the details you send under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and where the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) applies, under the PDPA as well. Systems we design take the PDPA and any EU act that reaches you into account from the first workshop.
