Solutions
From a stubborn problem to a system that runs.
We begin with the problem your teams face, not with a model. Every solution page follows one route: the friction in today’s work, the system we would deliver, the results we would track and the decisions that remain with your staff.
For organisations in Malaysia, and Malaysian groups with companies in Europe, that need each solution to fit the rules of every market it touches.
Solutions
Each pattern below is something we design and build for companies, financial institutions and public bodies. A page sets out an illustrative workflow, the components behind it, the controls built into it and the rollout we would propose. None of them is a packaged product: every implementation is shaped around your processes, your systems and the rules your organisation answers to.
01If your challenge is
Staff copy details from forms, letters and attachments into business systems by hand.
Document intelligence
Incoming documents turned into checked, routed data, with the doubtful cases left to a member of staff.
Workflow: 7 steps · 1 human checkpoint
02If your challenge is
The answer is written down somewhere, yet finding a version people can rely on takes most of a morning.
Enterprise knowledge
Answers drawn from your own documents, limited to what each person may open, with a source behind every statement.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints
03If your challenge is
While a customer or member of the public waits, service staff move between several tools to find the answer.
Service assistance
Support for contact centre officers and for self-service, with a clear route to a person at every point.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints
04If your challenge is
One critical system that nobody wants to touch is slowing down every change around it.
Legacy modernisation
Critical legacy systems replaced in steps, with old and new running together until their results agree.
Workflow: 7 steps · 3 human checkpoints
05If your challenge is
Applications stall over missing documents, manual checks and decision letters drafted from a blank page.
Case processing
Applications and claims assembled, checked and drafted by the system, then assessed and decided by an officer.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints

06If your challenge is
Orders, deliveries and e-Invoices are keyed in again between ERP, CRM, warehouse and finance systems.
Connected operations
Sales orders, purchasing and service requests followed on one timeline of events, from first entry to e-Invoice and payment, with exceptions approved by a person.
Workflow: 7 steps · 1 human checkpoint
What each solution is built from
Every solution combines the same services and platforms in a different order. A filled node marks a service or platform the solution typically draws on.

Malaysia
Malaysian law at home, EU rules abroad
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024 (Act A1727), in force in stages since 2025, asks more of data controllers in Malaysia. Since 1 June 2025 they appoint a data protection officer where the thresholds are met and notify a personal data breach to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner, within 72 hours under the Commissioner’s guidance. Each solution keeps the logs, notices and retention rules those duties depend on.
Where a Malaysian group serves people in the EU or runs companies there, EU law can apply as well: the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to processing aimed at people in the Union (Article 3(2)), and the EU AI Act where the output of an AI system is used in the Union (Article 2(1)(c)). The workflow stays the same; controls, notices and hosting follow the law that applies.

Common questions about the solutions
Can we buy these as products?
No. Each one is a solution pattern: a tested way of combining AI, software, integration and controls. We build it inside your own systems and environment, so the result belongs to you and your team can change it.
Are the workflows taken from client projects?
No, they are illustrative. They show how such a system could run and at which step a person decides. We publish a client case only when that client has agreed to it.
Our problem is not among the six. Can you still help?
Quite possibly. The six cover the requests we receive most often. Describe the friction and the systems involved, and we will tell you whether we can help.
The pages name measures but give no figures. Why?
Results depend on your processes, your data and your starting point. We record a baseline first, then agree targets with you, and we do not publish numbers we cannot support.
Bring us the problem
Describe the friction, the teams affected and the systems in play. We will say which pattern fits, or tell you plainly that none does.
