Solutions

Begin with the bottleneck, end with a system that runs.

Each pattern starts from a delay your teams already live with: GST invoices keyed in by hand, circulars nobody can locate, a core system everyone avoids changing. For each one we set out the system we would build, how success would be judged and which decisions remain with your officers.

For Indian enterprises, GCCs and public bodies whose processes follow Indian law and, often, serve European customers or subsidiaries too.

Solutions

These six patterns are designs we can build for Indian enterprises, GCCs, PSUs and government departments. Every page walks through an illustrative workflow, the components underneath, the controls built in and a phased rollout. None of them is a packaged product: the scope, the systems and the approval rules come from your organisation.

Illustrative workflow
  1. 01If your challenge is

GST invoices, KYC files and export papers are keyed into the ERP by hand, field after field.

    Document intelligence

GST invoices, KYC files and export papers turned into checked data, with a person resolving the doubtful fields.

  2. 02If your challenge is

The answer sits in a master direction or an SOP somewhere, but finding the current version takes half a day.

    Enterprise knowledge

Answers drawn from your circulars, SOPs and manuals, limited to what each user may open, with the source cited.

    Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints

  3. 03If your challenge is

Customers and residents stay on hold while staff move between four screens to find one status.

    Service assistance

Support for contact-centre agents and self-service channels, with a clear route to a person at every step.

  4. 04If your challenge is

An ageing core banking or in-house ERP system now delays every regulatory change around it.

    Legacy modernisation

Ageing core systems replaced in stages, with old and new running in parallel until their results agree.

    Workflow: 7 steps · 3 human checkpoints

    Services behind it
    Platforms
  5. 05If your challenge is

Claims and applications stall over missing papers, repeated checks and approval letters drafted from blank.

    Case processing

Claims and applications prepared, checked and drafted by the system, then assessed and decided by an authorised officer.

    Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints

    Platforms
  6. 06If your challenge is

Orders, dispatches and GST invoices are re-entered between the ERP, the CRM, the warehouse and accounts.

    Connected operations

Sales, purchasing and service billing followed on a single event timeline, with GST e-invoices reported to the IRP and a person approving each exception.

    Workflow: 7 steps · 1 human checkpoint

India

Indian rules at home, EU rules abroad

For an organisation in India, two sets of rules often govern one workflow. At home, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules bring in Data Fiduciary duties from May 2027, and the CERT-In Directions of 2022 require listed cyber incidents to be reported within six hours. Where the same workflow serves EU customers or a European subsidiary, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU AI Act can reach it as well.

We design each pattern to meet both from discovery onwards: an authorised officer approves wherever an output affects a person, notices tell people when they deal with an AI system, and logs record what happened and who decided. Which rule applies to your case is a question for your counsel.

Common questions on these solutions

Can we buy these as ready-made products?

No. Each one is a reusable design that combines AI, software, integration and controls. We build it inside your own systems and environment, so your organisation owns the code and the configuration and is free to change both.

Are the workflows taken from client projects?

No. They are illustrations of how such a system would run and where an officer approves. A client case appears on this site only when that client has consented to it.

Our requirement is not among the six. Is a conversation still worthwhile?

Very likely. These six reflect the requests we receive most often. Describe the bottleneck, the teams affected and the systems in use, and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Why do the pages name measures but quote no figures?

Outcomes depend on your process, your data and your starting point. We record a baseline first, agree targets with your steering committee and do not publish numbers we cannot evidence.

Tell us where the process stalls

Describe the delay, the teams involved and the systems they use. We will tell you which pattern fits, or say plainly that none does.
