Services
One team for AI, software and cloud, built to work as a whole.
Data your AI can rely on, agents that stay inside agreed limits, software your people use every day, integrations that keep working, a cloud platform to run it on, and the architecture that holds it all together. Seven services, each designed to fit the others.
For Irish organisations, and Irish operations of international groups, that want one partner answerable for the whole system.

Seven services, one design
Put an AI feature on weak data, fragile integrations or an unsteady platform and it will disappoint. So we do not split AI, software and cloud into separate projects with separate suppliers.
We are 2,400+ people in one company. The engineers who design retrieval also know the ERP it reads from and the landing zone it runs in. You can take any service on its own, though most programmes draw on several.
Five layers on a single route
- Data & AnalyticsOwned data products with contracts and measured quality
- AI Engineering & GenAIRetrieval, model routing, evaluation and day-to-day LLMOps
- AI Agents & AutomationNarrow tools, sign-off gates and a complete audit trail
- Enterprise Software & SaaSSaaS products and portals your teams can own for years
- Cloud & Platform EngineeringLanding zones, paved developer paths, SRE and FinOps
- Data & Analytics: Data APIs and change data capture
- AI Engineering & GenAI: Retrieval connectors that respect access rights
- AI Agents & Automation: Tool APIs with narrow scopes and limits
- Enterprise Software & SaaS: Events and contracts between modules
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Identity, gateways and private network links
- One route from data to production, with one team answerable for it.
- Integrations & APIs link each layer to the systems you already run.
- The whole system sits inside Architecture & Consulting.
Every layer links to its service page. Hover over a layer, or give it focus, to see where integration plugs in.

Five layers sit on a single route. At the top is Data & Analytics; below it come AI Engineering & GenAI and then AI Agents & Automation, followed by Enterprise Software & SaaS, with Cloud & Platform Engineering at the base, where everything runs in production.
Beside the layers runs a vertical connector, Integrations & APIs, which links each one to the systems you already have: data APIs and change data capture on the data layer, retrieval connectors on the AI layer, tool APIs with narrow scopes for agents, contracts and events for software, and gateways plus identity for the cloud.
Around the whole system sits Architecture & Consulting as a frame, giving direction through decisions, a target architecture and roadmaps.

03 All services
All seven, grouped by focus
AI & data03
- AI Engineering & GenAI
Retrieval, model choice, evaluation and LLMOps, so generative AI keeps working once real users arrive.
- AI Agents & Automation
Agents and workflows that work within permissions you set, check with a person before steps that matter, and record every action.
- Data & Analytics
Lakehouse platforms, owned data products with contracts, enforced governance, and reporting people actually open.
Engineering03
- Enterprise Software & SaaS
SaaS products, portals and business applications that are accessible, well tested and easy to maintain for years.
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
Policy-driven landing zones, developer platforms, signed releases and cost per product, on hyperscaler or EU sovereign cloud.
- Integrations & APIs
APIs, events, identity and e-invoicing links between your systems and the State’s, each flow with an owner.
Advice01
- Architecture & Consulting
Estate reviews, AI readiness, target architectures and roadmaps that stand up to scrutiny, before the budget is spent.

Ireland
Several Irish rule changes, landing together
Irish organisations are preparing for more than one shift at a time. The Regulation of Artificial Intelligence Act 2026 is law and the AI Office of Ireland coordinates supervision, while NIS2 still awaits the National Cyber Security Bill, at General Scheme stage as of autumn 2026, with S.I. No. 360 of 2018 in force until then. Revenue’s published timeline has large corporates issuing e-invoices for domestic B2B trade from 1 November 2028.
Public bodies add a further duty: services that publish in Irish and English under the Official Languages Act. We design each service so these rules sit in configuration and well-bounded components rather than in separate systems. With public-sector work in many EU Member States behind us, we are used to requirements that change from one country to the next.

Common questions about our services
Can we start with just one service?
Yes, and plenty of clients do. An architecture review, a data foundation or a first AI use case are common starting points. The wider team earns its keep once the work reaches systems, data or infrastructure outside the scope you began with.
Where do SAP, Salesforce and Odoo come in?
A good share of your business probably runs on these platforms already. Our services link AI, data and custom software to them, while our platform teams implement and extend them. We hold partner status with each of the three (Salesforce Summit Partner, SAP Gold Partner, Odoo Gold Partner).
Who would actually do the work?
A team put together for your project and led by people who stay with it from start to finish. Specialists from our other services join when a specific question calls for them.
How do you deal with information security?
FromNine is certified to ISO/IEC 27001. Before work begins we agree what access the team gets to your systems and data, keep it to what the job requires and check it again whenever the team changes.
Will you handle our AI Act, GDPR and NIS2 obligations?
We design with those rules in view and produce the technical evidence they ask for: documentation, logging, access controls and incident procedures. In Ireland the AI Act now has its own national Act, while NIS2 still waits on the National Cyber Security Bill. Which obligations fall on your organisation is for your legal advisers to decide; we give them the technical facts.
