These terms govern your use of this website. They do not apply to the services we deliver to clients, which are covered by the agreement we conclude with each client.

  1. About these terms

LAAP Group, Opgeëistenlaan 2, 9000 Gent, Belgium, publishes this website, as the legal notice sets out. Using the website means that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

  2. Using the website

You may view, download and print pages for your own information and for use inside your organisation.

Please do not use the website in any way that could harm it or its availability, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, and do not harvest its content in bulk by automated means.

  3. Our content and trade marks

The texts, diagrams and graphics on this website, and the FromNine name and logo, are protected by intellectual property rights held by us or by those who license them to us. You may quote short extracts if you clearly name the source. Any other reuse requires our written permission.

SAP, Salesforce and Odoo are trade marks owned by the companies concerned. We name them for information only; naming them does not mean that those companies endorse us.

  4. Information on the website

The website presents our services and offers general information, including articles on technology and regulation, among them Irish and EU rules. None of it is legal, technical or other professional advice for your own circumstances.

We work to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. Examples labelled as illustrative show how a system might work; they are not descriptions of client projects.

  5. Messages you send us

Please do not use the contact form for confidential information. A message to us does not create a contract, nor does it oblige us to provide any service. The privacy notice explains how we handle your personal data.

  6. Liability

We accept no liability for damage arising from the use of this website or from its being temporarily unavailable, except where the law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  7. Applicable law

Belgian law governs these terms. If you live in Ireland or another country, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory rules of the law of that country give you.

  8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version and dates at the top of the page tell you which version applies.
