Solutions
Turn a daily bottleneck into a system that works.
Begin with what slows your teams down, not with a model. Every solution page walks the same route: today’s bottleneck, the system we would put in place, how we would judge it and the points where your staff make the call.
For Irish public bodies and companies that want each solution to meet Irish law, Irish-language duties where they apply, and EU rules.
Solutions
These are patterns we design and deliver for Government departments, State agencies, local authorities and companies. On each page you will find a workflow for illustration, the parts it is made of, the safeguards built in and the order in which we would introduce it. None of them is a boxed product: each build begins with your own processes, systems and policies.
01If your challenge is
Staff key details from forms, letters and attachments into case and finance systems by hand.
Document intelligence
Forms, letters and attachments turned into checked, routed data, with staff ruling on every doubtful case.
Workflow: 7 steps · 1 human checkpoint
02If your challenge is
The answer is in a circular or a shared drive somewhere, yet a trustworthy one can take half a day to find.
Enterprise knowledge
Answers drawn from your own circulars, procedures and manuals, limited to what each person is cleared to see, each backed by a source.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints
03If your challenge is
While a resident or customer holds on the line, the agent is jumping between several screens.
Service assistance
Support for contact-centre staff and for self-service, always with an easy route to a real person.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints
04If your challenge is
One system that no one wants to touch is blocking change in everything connected to it.
Legacy modernisation
Critical old systems replaced section by section, with old and new running together until every figure agrees.
Workflow: 7 steps · 3 human checkpoints
05If your challenge is
Files stall on missing documents and manual checks, and every decision letter is drafted from a blank page.
Case processing
Applications and claims prepared, checked and drafted by the system, then weighed up and decided by a case officer.
Workflow: 7 steps · 2 human checkpoints

06If your challenge is
Staff key the same order, delivery and invoice into the ERP, CRM, warehouse and finance tools one after another.
Connected operations
Order to cash, procure to pay and service request to invoice on a single event-driven timeline, with staff signing off the exceptions.
Workflow: 7 steps · 1 human checkpoint
What each solution is built from
Every solution combines the same services and platforms in a different order. A filled node marks a service or platform the solution typically draws on.

Ireland
Built for the Irish AI Act regime
Ireland already has its own AI law: the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence Act 2026, signed into law on 21 July 2026, with the AI Office of Ireland coordinating supervision, and sector authorities such as the DPC and the Central Bank of Ireland acting in their own fields. We design human oversight, logging and transparency into each workflow from the first workshop.
For public bodies, each resident-facing step is planned so it can publish in Irish and English under the Official Languages Act, with MyGovID where a login is needed. Personal data is handled under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and hosting stays in the EU region you choose.

Common questions on the solutions
Can we buy these off the shelf?
No. Each one is a proven way of putting AI, software, integration and safeguards together. We build it inside your own systems and environment, so the result belongs to you and your team can keep changing it.
Are the workflows taken from real client work?
No, they are for illustration. They show how a system of this kind could run and at which points staff decide. We only publish a client case when that client has agreed to it.
What if our problem is not one of the six?
We can most likely still help. The six cover the requests we get most often. Describe the bottleneck and the systems around it, and we will take it from there.
The pages say how you would judge success. Why are there no figures?
Results depend on how you work today, on your data and on where you start. We record a baseline first, then set targets together; we will not print numbers we cannot stand behind.
Tell us where it hurts
Explain the bottleneck, who is affected and which systems are in play. We will say which pattern fits, or tell you plainly that none does.
