This website, which presents FromNine, is published by LAAP Group, a company incorporated in Belgium with its registered office in Ghent. LAAP Group has no establishment in Malta.

The panel below gives the information that article 8C of the Electronic Commerce Act (Cap. 426) lists for providers of information society services: the provider’s name, the geographic address at which it is established, contact details including an email address and, where they apply, the trade register entry with its registration number and the VAT number.
LAAP Group is entered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO/BCE). Its VAT number is that enterprise number preceded by BE. As a company established in Belgium, it follows the Belgian rules that implement the EU Directive on electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC).
