These terms govern your use of this website. They do not cover the services we provide to clients, which are governed by the agreement concluded with each client.

  1. About these terms

This website is published by LAAP Group, Opgeëistenlaan 2, 9000 Gent, Belgium, as stated in the legal notice. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using it.

  2. Using the website

You may view, download and print pages for your own information and for use inside your organisation.

Please do not use the website in any way that could harm it or its availability, do not attempt to obtain unauthorised access to it or to the systems that run it, and do not harvest its content in bulk by automated means.

  3. Our content and trademarks

The texts, diagrams and graphics on this website, together with the FromNine name and logo, are protected by intellectual property rights held by us or by our licensors. Short quotations are allowed if the source is clearly acknowledged. Any other reuse requires our written permission.

Salesforce, SAP and Odoo are trademarks that belong to their respective owners. Naming them on this website does not mean that those owners endorse FromNine.

  4. Information on the website

The website presents our services and offers general information, including articles on technology and on regulation, such as EU rules and their Maltese implementation. None of it is legal, technical or other professional advice for your particular situation.

We make every reasonable effort to keep the information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at all times. Examples labelled as illustrative show how a system could work; they are not descriptions of client projects.

  5. Messages you send us

Please do not send confidential information through the contact form. A message to us does not create a contract and does not oblige us to provide services. The privacy notice explains how we handle your personal data.

  6. Liability

We accept no liability for damage arising from the use of this website or from its temporary unavailability, except where the law does not permit liability to be excluded or limited, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  7. Applicable law

Belgian law governs these terms. This choice does not affect the mandatory rules that protect you under the law of the country where you live, which for residents of Malta is Maltese law.

  8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version and the dates at the top of the page show which version applies.
