Services
IT services for Malta, with AI, software and cloud designed together.
Seven services meant to be combined: data that an AI model can rely on, agents with firm limits, software your staff use every day, integrations that keep working, a cloud base for all of it, and an architecture that holds the parts together.
For Government entities, licence holders and Maltese companies that want a single partner answerable for the whole system.

How the seven services connect
No AI feature is better than the data beneath it, the applications it touches and the platform that hosts it. For that reason we do not offer AI, software and cloud to you as three unrelated projects.
We are 2,400+ people in one company, so the engineers who design a retrieval pipeline also understand the ERP it queries and the landing zone that hosts it. You can engage us for one service; most programmes for Maltese organisations end up using several.
One route through five layers
- Data & AnalyticsOwned data products with agreed contracts and measured quality
- AI Engineering & GenAIRetrieval, routing between models, evaluation, LLMOps
- AI Agents & AutomationNarrow tools, approval steps and a complete audit log
- Enterprise Software & SaaSPortals and SaaS products your team can own for years
- Cloud & Platform EngineeringLanding zones, paved paths for teams, SRE, FinOps
- Data & Analytics: Data APIs and change data capture
- AI Engineering & GenAI: Retrieval connectors that respect access rights
- AI Agents & Automation: Tool APIs with fixed limits
- Enterprise Software & SaaS: Events and contracts between modules
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Identity, gateways and private links
- One route from data to production, with a single team answerable for it.
- Integrations & APIs link each layer with the systems you already run.
- Architecture & Consulting surrounds the entire system.
Every layer opens its service page. Hover over or focus on a layer to show where integration plugs it in.
Read the diagram as text
Five layers stacked along a single route, top to bottom: Data & Analytics, AI Engineering & GenAI, AI Agents & Automation, Enterprise Software & SaaS, Cloud & Platform Engineering. The route begins with data and finishes at the cloud foundation on which everything runs in production.
Integrations & APIs runs as a vertical connector alongside the layers and links each one to the systems you already operate: data APIs and change data capture for data, retrieval connectors for AI, tool APIs with a fixed scope for agents, events and contracts for software, identity and gateways for the cloud.
Architecture & Consulting forms a frame around the entire system and gives it direction through recorded decisions, a target architecture and roadmaps.

Malta
Built for Malta’s own rules
Malta has already put its EU digital laws in place. The NIS2 Order (S.L. 460.41) has applied since 23 January 2026 with the CIP Department as competent authority, the MDIA leads market surveillance under the AI Act, and the MFSA supervises DORA for licence holders.
We design each service so that these Maltese specifics sit in configuration and in clearly bounded components, not in a separate system for every jurisdiction. Our public-sector projects across the EU have taught us to expect rules that differ from one Member State to the next.

Common questions about our services
Is it possible to engage you for one service only?
It is. Plenty of organisations begin with a single piece of work, such as an architecture review, a data foundation or one AI use case. The value of the broader team appears once the work reaches systems, data or infrastructure outside that first scope.
Where do Odoo, SAP and Salesforce fit in?
Much of your day-to-day business probably already runs on one of these platforms. Our services link AI, data and bespoke software to them, while our platform teams implement and extend them. FromNine holds a partnership with each of the three (Salesforce Summit Partner, SAP Gold Partner, Odoo Gold Partner).
Which people would work with us?
A team put together for your programme, led by people who remain on it from start to finish. Specialists from our other services come in when a particular question calls for them.
What is your approach to information security?
FromNine holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Before any work begins we agree with you which systems and data the team may access, we keep that access to what the task requires, and we review it whenever team members change.
Will you handle our obligations under the AI Act, the GDPR and the NIS2 Order?
We build with these rules in view and prepare the technical evidence they ask for, such as documentation, logs, access controls and incident procedures, so that you can show it to the MDIA, the IDPC or the CIP Department where relevant. Which obligations bind your organisation is for your legal advisers to decide; we give them the technical facts.
Begin with what needs to change
Describe the problem to us. We will say which services it calls for, which it does not, and what our first step would be.
