Enterprise platforms
AI where your business already runs.
Customer, finance, supply chain and operations data already lives in Salesforce, SAP and Odoo. We implement, extend and integrate all three, and connect AI to them with the right permissions, so insight and automation happen inside the processes your people already use.
For organisations across Europe whose platforms have to work together, from group finance to the front office.
Partner status
- Salesforce, Summit Partner
- SAP, Gold Partner
- Odoo, Gold Partner
Held with all three vendors, next to our ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security.
Salesforce, SAP and Odoo each do one job very well. Trouble starts when a platform is asked to do another one’s job, or when the three are held together by spreadsheets and point-to-point scripts.
We help you decide which platform should own what, implement and extend each one with discipline, and connect them to AI and the rest of your estate. With 2,400+ people across AI engineering, software, cloud and platforms, the integration and AI work sits with the same team that configures the platform.
Three platforms, three different jobs
A comparison written from delivery, not from vendor brochures. Many organisations run two of these, some all three.
| Dimension | SalesforceThe front office | SAPThe group core | OdooThe modular ERP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01Its job in your estate | Customers, citizens, partners and their cases: the front office. | The system of record for money, materials and production across a group. | One modular ERP for a mid-sized organisation or a subsidiary. |
| 02Typical organisation | Many customer or citizen interactions, from regional to multinational. | Large enterprises and public bodies with several entities and strict reporting. | Mid-sized organisations, subsidiaries, agencies and non-profits. |
| 03Strengths | Case management, portals, fast configuration and a large ecosystem. | Depth in finance, supply chain and manufacturing; public sector budgeting. | Broad coverage in one database, low cost of entry, an open-source core. |
| 04Watch out for | Per-user licence costs, governor limits and automation that grows unchecked. | Custom code that blocks upgrades, and long programmes without clean-core rules. | Heavy customisation that turns each yearly upgrade into a project. |
| 05AI on the platform | Agentforce, grounded in Data 360 and governed by the Einstein Trust Layer. | Joule and SAP Business AI, plus the generative AI hub on SAP BTP. | Bill and expense digitisation, and the AI features of recent versions. |
| 06A typical first step with us | An org assessment, or one service process with one well-tested agent. | S/4HANA readiness and a route decision before ECC mainstream maintenance ends in 2027. | A module map and a fixed first phase, often finance with Peppol. |
| 07How we combine it | Front office over SAP or Odoo, linked by events and APIs. | Group core, with Odoo in subsidiaries and Salesforce at the front. | Subsidiary ERP reporting into an SAP group core. |

One landscape, connected
Most organisations run more than one of these platforms, next to custom applications, a data platform and government or market networks. The value lies in how they work together: one owner per fact, events instead of nightly copies, and AI that can see across systems without bypassing anyone’s permissions.
Our platform specialists work with our integration, data and AI engineering teams on the same contracts. A change in SAP does not surprise Salesforce, and an agent in Salesforce can act on an Odoo invoice only within approved rules.
- 01
Clear ownership
Each kind of data has one owning system. The others subscribe to it.
- 02
One integration layer
APIs and events through one governed layer, monitored end to end.
- 03
Data ready for AI
Platform data reaches the data platform with its business meaning intact.
- 04
AI inside permissions
Agents act across platforms only within rights you define, with approvals and logs.

Read the diagram as text
Salesforce, SAP and Odoo sit side by side at the top, each owning its own kind of data.
All three connect to one integration layer of APIs and events.
Below the integration layer sit the shared services: the data platform, AI services and agents, custom applications, identity, and government and market networks such as Peppol.
Where platforms meet the rest of our work
- Integrations & APIs
Contracts, events and monitoring between platforms and everything else.
- Architecture & Consulting
Which platform should own what, decided on evidence.
- AI Agents & Automation
Agents that work across platforms within defined permissions.
- All services
The full range of what we design, build and run.
- How we deliver
From discovery to operation, with named outputs at each stage.
International
Platforms across European markets
Platform decisions in Europe now carry regulatory weight. The EU Data Act gives organisations rights to switch cloud services and to access the data their systems generate, which belongs in every platform contract and exit plan. NIS2 raises the bar for securing the integration layer that connects platforms. National e-invoicing mandates, such as Belgium’s Peppol obligation from 2026, reach straight into the ERP.
We bring these into the platform choice and the architecture, not into a late compliance review.
Platform questions we hear often
Which of the three platforms should we choose?
Start from the job, not the product. Front-office work with many interactions and cases points to Salesforce. A group ledger with complex finance, supply chain or public budgeting points to SAP. A mid-sized organisation or subsidiary that wants one affordable system points to Odoo.
Many estates need two of them. We document which platform owns which data and process before anything is licensed.
Can you take over a platform someone else implemented?
Yes. We start with an assessment of configuration, custom code, integrations and open issues, and give you a clear view of what to keep, fix or retire before we take responsibility for it.
Do you only work with these three platforms?
These are the platforms where we hold partner status and keep platform specialists. Around them we build custom software, cloud platforms, data platforms and AI systems, so the platform is never the limit of the solution.
How do you connect AI to these platforms safely?
Through each platform’s released APIs and its own permission model, never around them: bounded permissions, approval gates and full logs. We test output against agreed criteria before and after release, and uncertain cases go to a person.
Do you implement these platforms for public bodies?
Yes. Our experience spans 600+ European government projects, delivered and ongoing, and we know the procurement, accessibility and interoperability rules that come with platform work in the public sector. See our public sector work.
Not sure which platform should own what?
