Services
AI, software and cloud services, engineered as one system.
Seven services that are designed to work together: data that AI can trust, agents that act within limits, software people rely on, integrations that hold, a cloud foundation that runs it all, and architecture that keeps the whole coherent.
For organisations that run across several European countries and need one partner accountable for the whole system.
01 System map
How the seven fit together
An AI feature is only as good as the data under it, the systems around it and the platform it runs on. That is why we do not sell AI, software and cloud as separate projects.
With 2,400+ people under one roof, the team that designs the retrieval also knows the ERP it reads from and the landing zone it runs in. Each service stands on its own; most programmes combine several.
Five layers, one route
- Data & AnalyticsData products with owners, contracts and known quality
- AI Engineering & GenAIRetrieval, model routing, evaluation and LLMOps
- AI Agents & AutomationScoped tools, approval gates and full audit trails
- Enterprise Software & SaaSSaaS products and portals built to be owned for years
- Cloud & Platform EngineeringLanding zones, golden paths, SRE and FinOps
- Data & Analytics: Change data capture and data APIs
- AI Engineering & GenAI: Retrieval connectors with access rights
- AI Agents & Automation: Scoped tool APIs with limits
- Enterprise Software & SaaS: Contracts and events between modules
- Cloud & Platform Engineering: Gateways, identity and private connectivity
- From data to production, one route and one accountable team.
- Integrations & APIs connect every layer to your existing systems.
- Architecture & Consulting frames the whole system.
Each layer links to its service. Hover or focus a layer to see where integration connects it.

Five layers on one route, from top to bottom: Data & Analytics, AI Engineering & GenAI, AI Agents & Automation, Enterprise Software & SaaS, and Cloud & Platform Engineering. The route starts at data and ends at the cloud foundation where everything runs in production.
Integrations & APIs is a vertical connector beside the layers. It connects each layer to your existing systems: change data capture and data APIs for data, retrieval connectors for AI, scoped tool APIs for agents, contracts and events for software, and gateways and identity for the cloud.
Architecture & Consulting is the frame around the whole system: it sets direction through decisions, target architecture and roadmaps.
02 Combinations
How programmes combine them
Typical shapes of the work we are asked to do, and which services each one draws on. Every programme is scoped to its own situation.

International
Built for organisations that cross borders
The organisations we work with rarely sit in one jurisdiction. The EU AI Act, NIS2 and the GDPR set common ground, but national transpositions, procurement regimes, accessibility laws and languages still differ.
We design each service so those differences live in configuration and clearly bounded components, not in separate systems per country. With government projects across the EU behind us, we are used to rules that change at the border.
Questions about our services
Can we work with you on a single service?
Yes. Many clients start with one, often an architecture assessment, a data foundation or a first AI use case. The advantage of the wider team shows when the work touches systems, data or infrastructure beyond the original scope.
How do the services relate to Salesforce, SAP and Odoo?
The platforms are where much of your business already runs. Our services connect AI, data and custom software to them, and our platform teams implement and extend them. FromNine is a partner of all three (Salesforce Summit Partner, SAP Gold Partner, Odoo Gold Partner).
Who will work on our project?
A team assembled for the work, led by people who stay for its duration, with specialists from across our services joining where a question needs them.
How do you handle information security?
FromNine is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. Access to your systems and data is agreed before work starts, limited to what the work needs and reviewed when the team changes.
Do you take care of AI Act, GDPR and NIS2 compliance?
We design with these rules in mind and produce the technical evidence they call for: documentation, logging, access controls, incident processes. Which obligations apply to you is a legal question for your counsel; we supply the technical facts they need.
