Enterprise platforms
AI in the systems your business already relies on.
Your client records, ledgers, stock and operations are already held in Salesforce, SAP or Odoo. We implement each of these platforms, extend it, link it to the systems around it and connect AI under the access rules you set, so automation and insight appear in the screens your staff open every day.
For Maltese family businesses, international groups with operations in Malta and public entities whose systems must work as one.
Partner status
- Salesforce, Summit Partner
- SAP, Gold Partner
- Odoo, Gold Partner
We hold partner status with each of the three vendors, alongside our ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Salesforce, SAP and Odoo each excel at a particular task. Trouble begins when one is pushed into work another does better, or when the only thing holding them together is a set of spreadsheets and ad hoc scripts.
We help you settle which system is responsible for which data, deliver and extend each platform carefully, and link all of them to AI and to your other applications. Our 2,400+ colleagues cover AI engineering, software, cloud and platforms, so the people who configure your platform also build its integrations and its AI.
Salesforce, SAP and Odoo compared
This comparison comes from projects we have delivered, not from vendor marketing. Plenty of organisations run two of the three, and some run all of them.
| Aspect | SalesforceClient-facing work | SAPThe core of a group | OdooERP built from modules |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01Role in your landscape | Clients, residents, partners and the cases they open: everything client-facing. | The authoritative record of finance, materials and production for a whole group. | A single ERP, assembled from modules, for a mid-sized firm or a subsidiary. |
| 02Who usually runs it | Organisations with a high volume of client or resident contacts, whatever their size. | Larger companies and Government entities with several legal entities and demanding reporting. | Family businesses, mid-sized firms, subsidiaries, public entities and voluntary organisations. |
| 03Where it is strong | Cases, portals, quick configuration and a wide partner and app ecosystem. | Finance, supply chain and production in depth, and budget control for the public sector. | Many business functions on a single database, a low starting cost and open-source foundations. |
| 04Risks to manage | Licence fees per user, platform limits and automations that multiply without oversight. | Bespoke code that makes upgrades painful, and long programmes run without clean-core rules. | So much customisation that every annual version change becomes a project of its own. |
| 05Built-in AI | Agentforce, grounded in Data 360 and protected by the Einstein Trust Layer. | Joule and SAP Business AI, with the generative AI hub on SAP BTP for custom cases. | Digitisation of supplier bills and expenses, plus the AI features in recent releases. |
| 06How we usually begin | A review of your org, or a single service process with one agent tested thoroughly. | An S/4HANA readiness check and a choice of route ahead of the 2027 end of ECC mainstream maintenance. | A map of modules and a fixed-scope first phase, usually finance, with e-invoicing to Government over Peppol. |
| 07Combined with the others | Client-facing layer on top of SAP or Odoo, connected through events and APIs. | Core of the group, Odoo at subsidiary level and Salesforce facing clients. | ERP of the subsidiary, feeding figures to the SAP core of the group. |

Several platforms, one connected landscape
Few organisations in Malta run only one of these platforms. They sit next to bespoke applications, a data platform and links to Government services and networks such as Peppol. The return comes from how well they cooperate: every fact has a single owner, changes travel as events rather than overnight copies, and AI can look across systems while respecting each person’s access rights.
On a given contract, our platform consultants work to the same interface agreements as our integrations, data and analytics and AI engineering colleagues. So a change made in SAP reaches Salesforce as planned, and a Salesforce agent can touch an Odoo invoice only under rules you have signed off.
- 01
One owner per fact
Every type of data belongs to a single system, and the rest take their copy from it.
- 02
A single integration layer
APIs and events run through one managed layer, with monitoring from start to finish.
- 03
Data AI can use
Records reach the data platform with their business meaning still attached.
- 04
AI within access rights
Agents cross platform boundaries only within the rights you assign, and every action is approved where needed and logged.

Read the diagram as text
The top row shows Salesforce, SAP and Odoo, each responsible for its own type of data.
Each of the three is linked to a single integration layer made of APIs and events.
Underneath that layer are the services they share: the data platform, AI services and agents, bespoke applications, identity, and Government and trading networks such as Peppol.

Platform choices in Malta
Choosing a platform in Malta now has legal consequences. Government has opted for the Peppol network and accepts e-invoices in the EN 16931 format on contracts above the EU thresholds. Suppliers are not yet legally obliged to send them, but some calls for tenders already ask for it, so the ERP should be ready. The NIS2 Order (Legal Notice 71 of 2025), in force since 23 January 2026 with the Critical Infrastructure Protection Department (CIP Department) as competent authority, makes the integration layer between platforms part of your security duties. The EU Data Act adds rights to switch cloud provider and to obtain the data your systems produce, which belongs in every platform contract and exit plan.
These points are part of choosing the platform and drawing up the architecture, not a compliance review left until the end.

Questions about the platforms
Which platform is the right one for us?
Look at the work before the product. If many staff handle client contacts and cases, Salesforce is the natural fit. If you need a group ledger with demanding finance, supply chain or public budgeting, SAP is. A family business, a mid-sized firm or the Maltese subsidiary of a larger group that wants one affordable system will usually be best served by Odoo.
Plenty of landscapes end up with two of the three. Before any licence is bought, we write down which system owns which data and which process.
Can you take over a platform implemented by a different supplier?
We will. First we review the configuration, the custom code, the interfaces and the open issues, and tell you plainly what should be kept, repaired or switched off. Only then do we take on responsibility for running it.
Do you work with platforms other than these three?
Salesforce, SAP and Odoo are the three where we hold partner status and keep specialists on staff. Around them we develop bespoke software, cloud and data platforms and AI systems, so your solution is not limited to what one platform can do.
What keeps AI on these platforms under control?
Only through the APIs each vendor has released and through the platform’s own permission model, never by working around them. That means limited rights, approval steps and complete logs. Output is tested against criteria agreed with you, both before go-live and after, and any case the system is unsure of is passed to a member of staff.
Do you deliver these platforms for Government ministries and public entities?
Yes. We have worked on 600+ public-sector projects across the EU, completed or still running, and we know what platform work in the public administration involves: calls for tenders on ePPS under the Public Procurement Regulations (S.L. 601.03), accessibility under S.L. 418.03, and links to Malta e-ID.
